I’d like to start off by thanking everyone at Monarch for their help and support throughout this process. I recently had some teeth extracted for the first time ever and I couldn’t be happier with the care that I have received. From the very first call, right to the very end, the staff and doctor that took care of me were fantastic. Amazing customer service and patient care. I would definitely recommend Monarch Dentistry.

Monarch Dentistry is the best place to get your teeth checked. Trust me. I’ve been to over 476 locations in the GTA and every time I come back here. The following days after I cleaned my coworkers had to put sunglasses on because of my teeth. So, I try not to speak much. Anyway, good service, quality cleaning and great staff. 10/10 recommend.

I've been a patient for at least 10 years. It's always easy to get an appointment and I've brought my whole family here. I appreciate talking about procedures first before committing to it, and that's something every dentist can improve in. So, thank you for doing that with me.

Loved my experience at this dental office. The staff communicated very well on the procedures that were going to take place. Nour was my hygienist and did a very thorough job on my teeth and was very kind throughout. Taghreed was very kind and made the experience great overall!

Brought my kids here today. They were very happy with their hygienist; Drew. My almost 3 years old daughter is not scared despite it's her first visit with the dentist because Drew made her comfortable and entertained her. My son is very happy as well when asked how is his experience. The front desk is amazing as well and the dentist.

Awesome service and felt extremely comfortable throughout entire cleaning session and exam. Thankful I have found a great dentist and they offer all lot of services and give special gift for 1st time customers.

Absolutely amazing dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Taghreed was so kind and professional, Kumi the assistant made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and Dr. Kareem did an incredible job, gentle, patient, and very thorough.

Fantastic team of talented professionals, who are able to handle complex issues with high level of professionalism and are kind and friendly. Have been with this dental office for over 3 years and I am very pleased with the level of care. During this time, I went through treatments and procedures from  regular cleanings to dental implants, including one for a canine tooth, and they were all very successful

I am coming here for more than 5 years for myself and my whole family, I love their services and the vibe here. Even though I moved to North York and I have dentist’s office attached to my building and right beside my building, I am still continuing to come here. I just got back from an amazing experience at your clinic! I was nervous getting a filling but all of it was gone because the Dentist was so gentle. The staffs were friendly and overall; the clinic is clean and neat. I got a free toothbrush, toothpaste, and a dental floss. Highly recommend for everyone!

The staff and service at this location is amazing. Dr. Basman is a very professional doctor, and with Basma as a dental assistant, they make a great team. Taugreed Faukhary is also an amazing manager. Overall, I had a great experience and will return again, thanks!
